Controller
Samsa Labs AG, Pilatusstrasse 18, 6003 Luzern, Switzerland is responsible for this website. You can reach us at dpasamsalabs.com.
We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). For visitors in the EU or EEA, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies where its conditions are met.
Data we process
This website is a static page. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics, does not track you, and loads no resources from third parties. We do not collect names, accounts, or messages through this site, because it has no such features. If you switch the colour theme, that choice is stored in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.
The website is delivered by Cloudflare Pages, our hosting provider. When you visit the site, the hosting provider processes technical server logs, such as your IP address, browser user agent, and the time of each request. This is necessary to deliver the pages and to protect the service against abuse. The hosting provider may process this data in countries outside Switzerland; such transfers abroad are safeguarded by recognised mechanisms, in particular adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses.
Purposes and legal bases
We process the data described above to operate this website and to keep it secure and reliable. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing and securing the website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
Retention
We do not store server logs ourselves. Log data is kept only for as long as the hosting provider requires it for delivery and security purposes.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the FADP and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data, to have it rectified or deleted, to have its processing restricted, to object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise these rights, write to dpasamsalabs.com.
You can also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if the GDPR applies to you, a competent supervisory authority in the EU or EEA.
Changes
We may update this policy when this website or the legal requirements change. The version published here is the current one.
